Business Development Manager (m/w/d) Textile Innovation & Product Strategy

Welche Aufgaben erwarten mich?

Ich bringe eeden in der Go-to-Market-Phase aktiv voran. Dabei sorge ich dafür, dass unser Produkt den Weg vom Labor in die industrielle Anwendung findet – entlang der gesamten textilen Wertschöpfungskette.
Mein Ziel: Unser Business Model in die Praxis zu bringen – durch Pilotprojekte, starke Industriepartnerschaften und eine gezielte Positionierung in der Fashion- und Textilbranche.

Meine Aufgaben:

Erarbeitung eines tiefen Verständnisses für unsere Produkte (Dissolving Pulp & Polyester-Monomere) und deren Übersetzung in marktnahe Anwendungen (Garne, Stoffe, Bekleidung)
Durchführung von Test- und Pilotprojekten in enger Abstimmung mit Industriepartnern entlang der textilen Wertschöpfungskette – inklusive operativer Umsetzung, Analyse und Ableitung von Learnings für die Skalierung.
Koordination erster Industriepartnerschaften inklusive Vorbereitung von Offtake Agreement Verhandlungen.
Analyse potenzieller Abnahmestrategien und Produktoptionen, um skalierbare Go-to-Market-Wege mit hohem Impact zu identifizieren.

Das zeichnet mich aus:

Erfahrung mit Einkaufs- und/oder Innovationsprozessen im Bereich Materials der Textilindustrie.
Kenntnisse über Fasern, Garne und textile Flächen, idealerweise ergänzt durch Supply Chain Know-how.
Strategisches Denkvermögen und Umsetzungsstärke, um Projekte in komplexen Stakeholder-Umfeldern erfolgreich voranzutreiben.
Exzellente Kommunikation in Deutsch und Englisch.
Erfahrung mit Pilotprojekten oder technischen Partnerprozessen ist ein Plus.

Your mission

We’re entering our go-to-market phase and that’s where you come in. In this role, you’ll help bring our product from the lab into large-scale industrial application – across the entire textile value chain. Your mission: Turning our business model into reality through pilot projects, industrial partnerships, and strategic positioning within the fashion and textile industry.

What You’ll Be Doing

Develop a deep understanding of our products (dissolving pulp & polyester monomers) and translate them into market-ready applications (e.g. yarns, fabrics, garments).
Lead pilot and test projects in close collaboration with industry partners along the textile value chain – including operational execution, analysis, and deriving key learnings for scaling.
Coordinate initial industry partnerships, including the preparation of offtake agreement negotiations.
Analyze potential go-to-market strategies and product configurations to identify scalable pathways with high impact.

Your profile

Experience in procurement and/or innovation processes related to materials in the textile industry.
Solid knowledge of fibers, yarns, and textile structures – ideally complemented by supply chain know-how.
Strategic thinking and executional strength to successfully drive projects in complex stakeholder environments.
Excellent communication skills in both German and English.
Experience with pilot projects or technical partnership processes is a plus.
